Outside-the-Box (OTB) investments may provide exceptional and unmatched diversification (for enriched growth and income). They could also add a level of asset protection against market volatility by diluting direct market concentration. Finally, we believe a portfolio anchored in Alternative Investing (ALTS) provides a more advanced and elegant enhancement to the overall portfolio design.
We will hear two subject matter experts briefly explain ALTS in general. Then they will also provide examples of some specific ALTS, sharing pros and cons.
